CFS has installed an extensive range of high quality weight and cardio training equipment built in USA by TUFF STUFF & PRECOR and including two revolutionary CARDIO GYMS supplied by Workout World. CFS also boast a 90sqm matted floor area for group classes & MMA training, incorporating premium floor matting supplied by ZEBRA MATS in the USA and a heavily built half cage to replicate the true MMA experience for those looking for professional fight training.
The CFS training facility is also in demand by other leading personal trainers, martial artist and alternative practitioners in order to operate their businesses from our premises.
